Sign our petition and demand that our lawmakers pass a bill of equal protection!

WHEREAS, all human life begins at fertilization, created in the image of God; and

WHEREAS, the government’s first and most important duty is to protect innocent human life; and

WHEREAS, an average of 18 reported innocent babies are murdered through legalized abortion in the state of South Carolina every day; and

WHEREAS, another 23 South Carolina pre-born babies are legally being taken out of state to be murdered; and

WHEREAS, thousands of more South Carolina babies are legally being murdered through “DIY” at-home abortions; and

WHEREAS, the only just way to end legalized abortion is to provide all pre-born babies equal protection of the laws, beginning at fertilization.

THEREFORE, be it resolved that the South Carolina Legislature must immediately pass H.3537, The South Carolina Prenatal Equal Protection Act, which provides 14th Amendment protection of SC Homicide Laws for all pre-born babies, beginning at fertilization.
